This was a room with private bath and kitchenette in someone's home. This was NOT disclosed in the listing nor was it disclosed the property was on the airport flight path. Check-in/out instructions were never received. The yard was overgrown, the hot tub was not working, there were no cushions for the wicker lounge furniture, the walkway to the room was dark and had stepping stones that were placed too far apart, and there was construction debris in the yard. The room had a damp odor, no instructions for operating the TV, AC, or fan. The linens were thin, there was no pillow case on one of the pillows, the wash cloths in the bathroom were thread bare. We were able to hear the occupants on the other end of the home including a small dog whining. This is suited more for a college kid than adults as a vacation rental. Very few dishes, cooking implements, and absolutely no bottle opener. We did not stay even one night.
