The villa was rebuilt on the foundations of an old Istrian house that was built in the middle of the 19th century. The former house was at the centre of a large agricultural estate that comprised a farm building, barns for domestic animals and so on.
There are three balconies/terraces measuring a total of 100m². You can also find a barbecue area, as well as a big pool with massage jets.
The site has a total area of 1500m². The house measures 140m² and has three floors. The villa has air conditioning, has a luxurious interior and is fully furnished. It provides four bedrooms, of which three have double beds and one has two single beds. There is also a big dining room and a living room with an open fireplace.
