The house is just charming - decorated so tastefully. Loved the fact that it was pet friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere and nice neighbors. Great location for the activities we wanted to do. Owner was very accommodating - even when we locked ourselves out. Definitely would love to stay there again.

What a wonderful place. Our host was very attentive when we first arrived and they were even adding to the experience by creating a path to the water. Sitting outside on the back porch is so pleasant and relaxing. The inside is furnished with very comfortable couches and chairs and a large (maybe 65”) smart tv in the living room (and both bedrooms). The beds are very comfortable, both queen sized. And a bonus of a second half bath which was super convenient for a family. The floors are all wood looking laminate so dogs are welcome. Centrally located just 15 minutes from Shipshewana in peaceful Amish country. I would rate everything 5/5 stars and would definitely stay here again.

We have family at Royer lake and needed a dog friendly spot to stay. This place is cozy and tucked away against a channel. The perfect location to drive to see our family but come back for a peaceful sleep and beautiful morning. Will definitely be back.

The property was perfect for what we needed! Family of 5, so we ended up using both pull-out couches because our teens don’t like sharing a bed anymore lol so we appreciated the additional sleeping spaces. Loved the board game cabinet and the well-stocked kitchen! We grilled out 3 nights in a row and prepared lots of to-go meals for days spent on the lake. The weather was HOT and the owners went out of their way to make sure the AC was working well. Excellent communication and overall stay. Highly recommend!
