***PLEASE NOTE*** You are required to sign a rental agreement prior to accessing the house. You will not be given access to the house until the rental agreement is signed. The rental agreement will be sent to you at the time of booking.
Things to Note:
• The home is located on a private, rural 130-acre property and is accessed by a long gravel driveway. The driveway is not lit at night and includes some uneven areas, gentle hills, and a tree lined approach.
• No recreational vehicles are permitted on the property, including ATVs, four-wheelers, side-by-sides, or similar vehicles.
• No parties or events are allowed, and no additional guests are permitted unless discussed and approved in advance.
• No smoking is allowed in the home, on the deck, or on the patio.
• The pond is available for fishing only. Swimming or entering the pond is not permitted.
• A few owner closets are locked and off-limits to guests.
• For security purposes, there are three exterior cameras facing the driveway and walkway. These monitor sound and motion only and are not located inside the home.
