Enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and exactly as described. Location was excellent in terms of the beach (very short walk - or have the option to take the included tram) and proximity to restaurants and shops. Host was extremely attentive and checked in with us during our stay. Would definitely book again!

This place was a nice getaway for my boyfriend’s birthday! Room was clean and spacious enough for my boyfriend and I. There was no soap in the bottles in the shower. And I wish there was more parking in the parking garage and it was explained better where to park if there is no parking.

Thank you for celebrating your boyfriend's birthday with us! We're so glad you enjoyed your getaway and found the studio clean and comfortable. We appreciate your feedback. The wall-mounted shower dispensers are left over from a previous management company and are no longer in use. Since we don't have the key to remove them, we instead provide individual soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion on the bathroom vanity for our guests. We'll look at adding a note in the bathroom to make that clearer and avoid any confusion. We also understand that parking at Luau can be confusing during busy periods. The parking garage is first-come, first-served, and when it fills up, overflow parking is available in nearby resort parking areas. We'll work on making those instructions clearer in our arrival information. Thank you again for staying with Skis and Seas Vacation Rentals. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again!
