It’s a beautiful unit, bed was very comfortable, very clean, close walking distance to main attractions.Only drawback is no window treatments in bedroom, we just put dark sheets to cover street lights so it all was good for us
We chose this apartment for the proximity to the tram and train station. It was very convenient for traveling from the airport and doing day trips. The apartment was clean and well kept. We appreciated that it had a fridge/freezer and overhead fan in the bedroom (it also has air conditioning, but we didn't need it in Oct.) The host Gabrielle was helpful and easy to communicate with. There is a little noise from the street in the nights and mornings, so I recommend Earplugs or white noise machine. It was a great apartment. We would stay here again!
Gabrielle was a very good host and the place was very clean. The only negative thing is it’s on the second floor so bringing up luggage’s was very very difficult.Thank you Gabrielle
The room was perfect size, clean, comfortable bed. Location was good. The only downside was the street was incredibly loud at night. I still rated five stars, because it doesn’t appear to be a regularly busy road, and it might have just been my own bad luck to be there while there was a rowdy crowd nearby.
The apartment was clean. On the listing it said “king bed” but it was definitely queen (at least North America queen). The AC worked great. There were 2 sets of stairs to get to the apartment, it was okay for us but important to note for those with mobility issues. The location was good as it was walkable to most places. 7-10 min walk from the train station. My partner and I felt safe the entire time. Great AC. I would recommend this place!
Very close to the train station which was awesome. Also easy walk to Duomo and Uffizi. Lovely walk to the river. Has an issue getting back into the apartment on day two but was quickly resolved as the lady who cleans came to help us back in. The dead bolt got activated in the door between the front door and the door leading to the apartment which has 2 apartments. Found out the door locks in its own when closing. No need to lock the deadbolt. Easily fixed. Great communication. Restaurant we went to was on the list in the apartment close to Uffizi and was amazing.
We had an incredible stay. The place was absolutely perfect. It was so nice and helpful having all comforts of home. Hosts were super helpful and very quick to reply. All the instructions were perfect. It was a pleasure to stay here.
Pictures don’t do this place justice, very charming, with cool ceilings and lights. Plenty of space to spread out and a good location close to the train station and sights. Communication with the owner was great and they were very responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue. Definitely recommend
Overall, a very nice property. Managed really well when we had questions. The owner was very responsive. Location wise was good not great but very safe while we are inside the property itself. Walkable to the main areas of the downtown and town itself. Overall, I would definitely recommend a couple staying here for a weekend trip or extended stay.
We loved how clean the apartment was, the location with restaurants, and small markets nearby. All communications with the owner were answered quickly. I would stay again.
We picked this nice, renovated apartment close to historic downtown so the we could walk around and be close to the main sites. It's within walking distance from the train station.
The apartment was close to everything while still being quiet. Communication was fast and easy and check-in was a breeze! Would recommend to anyone coming to Florence.
