This cozy wooden house with the beautiful name "A Breeze of Happiness" is located in the vacation park OstseeResort Olpenitz in close proximity to the Baltic Sea. Here you and your loved ones will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation.



The large, loft-like living and dining area with a comfortable leather sofa is the ideal place to end an eventful day by the sea. The kitchen is equipped with high quality Bosch appliances. The high ceilings and the large panoramic windows provide especially much light incidence and a wonderfully spacious living feeling. From here you have access to the spacious terrace with outdoor fireplace, where you can relax, sunbathe and barbecue. In the garden there is a cozy fireplace. For the hot days there is a fan.



Especially your children will feel comfortable here. Crib, high chair, stroller and toys for indoors and outdoors are ready. So it is guaranteed never to be boring.

Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed each, the third bedroom has two single beds.



In winter, the flickering fire in the stove in the living area conjures up an especially cozy atmosphere. The bathroom on the first floor is your private, small wellness paradise and has a modern infrared heat cabin. Magenta TV is available in this vacation home.



Here you will find offers for all budgets and vacation forms, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a time out in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home.



Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half of the year; in the winter half of the year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.

Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war für uns als Familie (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind) sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche hat es uns an nichhts gefehlt. 2 Auflaufformen. Gute Messer, und sogar ein Mixer und Pürierstab sind vorhanden. Der schöne Steinofengrill versüßt uns dek Abend auf der Terrasse. Das einzite Manko war das fehlende Ladekabel vom Staubsauger das wir auch nach unserem Anruf bei der Serviceline nicht bekommen haben 🤷‍♀️ Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder

Perfekte Lage am Strand, Wohnkomfort ausbaufähig

Kurzfassung: Aufenthalt war recht in Ordnung. Anbei eine kurze Zusammenstellung der positiven/ausbaufähigen Punkte. Positiv: - moderne Ausstattung / helles Haus mit viel Licht - Waschmaschine/Trockner - moderne Geräte der Marke Bosch - Betten bequem/sauber - ausreichend Hand-/Duschtücher - Grillmöglichkeit - Check-In Vorgang sehr gut und schnell - Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung Ausbaufähig: - zu wenig Teller für ein Haus, das für 6 konzipiert ist. Insgesamt 6 kl. Teller und 6 gr. Teller ist schwach. Auch nicht umweltfreundlich, dauernd die Spülmaschine starten zu müssen. Teller kosten nicht die Welt und sind im schwedischen Einrichtungshaus für kleines Geld zu haben. Zudem wäre eine sortierte Grundausstattung an Küchenutensilien – einheitlicher Art – bestimmt klasse. Die Pfannenzange wird z.B. nur noch von einem Haarband zusammengehalten, so etwas muss der Putzservice sehen und melden. - Kühlschrank für 6 Pers. zu klein. 6 Pers. wollen im Sommer kalte Getränke, ausserdem geht man am liebsten nicht jeden Tag einkaufen. Wenn schon für 6 Pers. konzipiert, dann sollte der KS groß genug sein. - Die Couch-Situation ist für einen gemütlichen Abend nicht gut und zu ungemütlich. Es wäre genug Platz für eine Couch-Ecke, auf der alle Personen gemütlich Platz haben (Funktion vor Style) - Ein 2. Fön im 2. Bad wäre klasse, war aber nicht da. - Ebenso wäre eine 2. Liege für draußen super, es gibt aber nur eine. Schade. - Teilweise schlechte Trittdämmung im Obergeschoss. - Bollerwagen haben wir selbst repariert und fehlende Schraube für Zugstange im Baumarkt gekauft. Ich möchte nicht kleinlich sein, aber wenn man schon für 2 Wochen inkl. Endreinigung 3.000 EUR hart verdientes Geld ausgibt, kann man etwas mehr erwarten. Apropos Endreinigung: Diese wird mit sage und schreibe 175 EUR in Rechnung gestellt. Selbst wenn ich für den Dienstleister 30 EUR Stundenlohn ansetze (was viel wäre), so müsste demnach ca. 5 Std. in der Wohnung geputzt worden sein, also rund eine Stunde pro Zimmer / Bad. Dem war aber definitiv nicht so. Hier sollte Novasol sich einen Reinigungsdienst besorgen, der besser putzt. Scheiben waren nicht geputzt, es war noch Geschirr in der Spülmaschine (obwohl man das als Vormieter hätte schon entfernen müssen), Staub und Sand und der Couch. Somit sind die 3 Sterne vor allem in Anbetracht des Preises zu betrachten. Defekter Sonnenschirm & Badewannenverschluss wurden vom netten Hausmeister prompt repariert. Dafür Pluspunkt.
