Our house is not a typical rental. The living space is huge, over 5500 sq. ft. Both Living and Family rooms have cathedral ceilings and enormous bay windows with views of the mountains. Every room is tastefully designed and furnished. 2 fully equipped kitchens and a new professional Xo grill. Dining area has a 12' foot table that comfortably seats 16 guests.

Lower level has a movie theater with 15 powered recliners, 180" screen and premium sound system. There's a bar/lounge with poker table, pool table, TV with karaoke, Foosball table.

Home is located near Waterville Valley, Tenney Mountain and Loon Mountain Ski Resorts. Gunstock, Wildcat, Attitash, etc, all a close drive. Embark on scenic hikes, discover waterfalls, or hit the slopes.

4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended in winter months to access the property.

My fiancé’s bachelor party stayed here with 11 guys, and they had an amazing stay! The place was extremely clean, very luxurious, and had beautiful high-end finishes throughout. It had everything they needed. The movie theater, poker table, pool table, foosball table, and basketball hoop provided plenty of entertainment at night. The beautiful wood beams were such a great touch, and both kitchens were amazing. It was also in a great location, very close to Owl’s Nest for golfing. Katrina and Yury were wonderful hosts. They were very communicative and made sure everything was good for their guests throughout their stay. We will absolutely book this place again!

The house was absolutely amazing for our multigenerational stay while we were in town for a wedding! There was so much space for everyone to spread out, and having two kitchens was incredibly convenient for our group.The basement was definitely a favorite! The karaoke, movie theater, and pool table were all huge hits and gave everyone plenty to do when we were hanging out at the house.Katrina was also wonderful to work with! She was extremely easy to reach and responded to our messages almost immediately. She was also so accommodating and worked with us to allow an earlier arrival than the standard check-in time, which we truly appreciated since we had elderly family members and toddlers with us.The home was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family gathering. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Campton area!

If you’re planning to travel all the way to New Hampshire for a relaxing getaway, be aware of a few important things that were not disclosed in the Vrbo listing. The interior of the house is absolutely beautiful and well done. However, the outdoor situation was extremely disappointing.There is ongoing construction surrounding the property that was never mentioned or shown in the listing photos. There is also no usable backyard space, so if you are expecting outdoor relaxation or space for children to play, this is not the place. On top of that, the moment you step outside, there are swarms of bees, making it very difficult to enjoy being outdoors at all.For families especially, this was frustrating because the kids were essentially stuck inside the entire time with very little to do. If you don’t mind staying indoors for your trip, you may still enjoy the property. But the listing should have been much more transparent about the actual conditions outside.
