Es waren ein paar Einrichtungsgegenstände beschädigt, konnten aber genutzt werden. Das Haus war in einer ruhigen Lage gelegen, 2 Minuten zu Fuß hat man gleich einen schönen Ostsee Sandstrand vor der Tür. Das Haus war sauber und hat uns 5en sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt und haben die Ruhe, Wald und Ostsee genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und Kamin und Sauna sehr willkommen an Regentagen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Schönes Haus in Toplage

Auch im Winter zu empfehlen. Aufenthalt Februar '24. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand. Kamin + Sauna machten den Urlaub auch im Winter angenehm. Kurze Nachfragen bei der Objektbetreuung wurden schnell beantwortet.

Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Das Ferienhaus liegt nur 3 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt im ruhigeren Teil des Strandparks. Der Weg zum Bäcker (wer ihn denn braucht) ist dadurch zu Fuß ganz schön weit. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle nicht besonders groß aber sind dennoch völlig ausreichend. Die Küche hält alle zwingend nötigen Utensilien bereit einschließlich French Press. Wlan ist im gesamten Haus verfügbar. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Traumhafte ruhige Lage direkt am Strand

Sehr schönes Haus , super Lage . Nur der 2. Parkplatz war sehr weit vom Haus entfernt , was das aus und einladen etwas umständlich machten . Die große Badewanne habe ich auch noch vermisst . Der Kamin und die Sauna waren großartig . Ansonsten gerne immer wieder . . .

Tolle Lage

Mit Kindern ein perfekter Ort zum Verweilen. Leider war das Haus komplett ausgekühlt als wir Ende Januar vor Ort ankamen. Es hat lange gedauert, bis es eine angenehme Temperatur hatte. Das Heizen ist mit Elektroheizkörpern und einem Kamin möglich. Da wir zu Beginn aber kein Holz hatten ist der Stromzähler entsprechend schnell angestiegen. Strom und Wasser werden nach dem Aufenthalt zusätzlich nach Verbrauch fällig. Das macht es dann natürlich teuer.

Schön aber in die Jahre gekommen

Leider musste wir feststellen, dass seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt nicht viel an der Instandhaltung des Hauses umgesetzt wurde. Es gab zwar eine neue Couch und eine neue Lampe in der Küche (letztes Jahr baumelte diese von der Decke), aber der Rest ist halt einfach alt und verbraucht (z.B. defekte Spülmaschine mit dann eben dreckigem Geschirr). Auch war das Haus nicht sauber bei der Übergabe (Tier?-Haare, Abfluss im Bad verstopft, Geschirr z.T. schmutzig. Der Kommentar der Objektbetreuerin, man könnte ja nachreinigen, bringt dann auch nicht viel, wenn man spät anreist und schon eine Nacht dort schlafen möchte). Was leider den guten Gesamteindruck mindert, da das Haus ansonsten wie gesagt vom Konzept und der Lage klasse ist. Man müsste halt mehr investieren!

Haus 282 - Idylle im Wald

Wer einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub im Wald verbringen will, ist im Dünenweg genau richtig. Das Haus 282 befindet sich ganz am Ende der Ferienhaus-Siedlung, also nicht mitten im Getümmel. Darum würde ich genau das wieder buchen. Das Rauschen der Baumkronen und der Ostsee, der Gesang der Vögel verbreiten sowas wie Entspannungs-Musik-Atmosphäre.

Super Lage, schönes Haus, verbesserungswürdiger Service

Lage und Hauskonzept sind wirklich super. Aber(!) Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man einfach an der verbrauchten Inneneinrichtung. Was wirklich ärgerlich war: erstens wurde das Haus nicht sauber übergeben und dann wurden uns nicht nachvollziehbar auch noch extra Reinigungskosten in Rechnung gestellt. Nach Rücksprache mit der Objektverwaltung wurde uns Klärung und Rückruf versprochen der aber nicht stattgefunden hat. Das nervt und ist einfach schlechter Service liebes Fewo & Meer Team. Deshalb Daumen nach unten!!

Scandinavian style cottage holiday in Rugen Baaba

This was our 4th visit to cottage village and like all earlier visits, all was as it should be. Dunenweg village is just a great silent place to enjoy the holiday. Cabin 282 was great and we used all facilities to the most. As a tip e-bike rental was great, we ride some 20-40KM each day. With November price great value for money Dies war unser 4. Besuch im Hüttendorf und wie bei allen früheren Besuchen war alles so, wie es sein sollte. Dunenweg Dorf ist einfach ein großer ruhiger Ort, um den Urlaub zu genießen. Hütte 282 war großartig und wir nutzten alle Einrichtungen zu den meisten. Als Tipp E-Bike-Verleih war groß, wir fahren einige 20-40KM jeden Tag. Mit November Preis großen Wert für Geld
