The Hocking Hoot - 5 min to Rock House

Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. The guest on the reservation must be present at check-in with photo ID which matches address and credit card used. The booking guest must be present during the complete stay.

A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a Refundable Damage Deposit of $300 will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations.

The Hoot is made from two 40 Foot containers and sits on 5 acres with a view for miles. We are just a 5-minute drive to Rock House and 20 minutes from Old Mans Cave and Ash Cave and other Hocking Hills State Park locations.

Guests will be able to enjoy the entire 5 acres. We have 3 bedrooms, all queen beds, full kitchen with fridge/stove/dishwasher, 2 living rooms with smart TV's for your favorite streaming services and an arcade with Buck Hunter and Pacman. There is also a large deck with a hot tub and a grill as well as a Fire-pit below.

Guest have access to both floors. Upon arriving you will walk down a stone path and enter onto the deck. Once on deck you will enter the Hoot through the main door via the code entered on the lock. Finally, the guests will also have access to the fire pit outside which you can access via the steps from the deck or the slider downstairs.
