Welcome to Seawatch Resort! A clean, family- friendly, highly rated spot in popular Myrtle Beach! We are new owners of this modern and updated unit located on the 7th floor of the South Tower.

Amenities galore!
Seawatch boasts 6 pools 10 hot tubs and 2 lazy rivers! If checking in in the off-season, there are enclosed and heated amenities in both towers.

This unit features a KING bed, stunning ocean view, and modern accents. Perfect for a couple’s getaways, honeymoons, baby booms, or no reason at all!

PARKING & ELEVATORS When arriving at Seawatch, a guard shack is at the entrance. During the busy months, you will need to show them a temporary pass which will be sent to you on arrival day. Follow the signs to the South Tower (you will be turning right). Parking is abundant and free. At Seawatch, the parking garage is on the same side of the street unlike many resorts in the area! Please that golf carts, and trailers are NOT allowed on property by Seawatch. Motorcycles are allowed from September 1 - April 30. A parking pass will need to be displayed in your mirror once gathered from the unit. There are plenty of luggage carts available. Please return to designated areas after use.

ACCESSING THE CONDO A smart lock code will be provided on the day of check-in. Please no early check-in to allow for the space to be fully cleaned for your arrival.

THE SPACE When entering the unit, you will step directly into the bedroom. A luxurious KING sized bed awaits you! The beautifully updated bathroom contains a tub/shower combo as well as ample counter space. A dual shower head with removable handle makes for a spa-like experience. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, air fryer, toaster, and a full range of cookware. A drip/K cup coffee pot for your coffee or tea is available as well. The dining space seats 4 at a custom bench/chair combo. This allows for the space in the living area to be maximized. The sofa pulls out for additional sleep space. This makes the condo better suited for families with smaller children. There is also a pack and play available. Additionally, we have two beach chairs and an umbrella. Please not these are not guaranteed. The stunning ocean view can be seen from the oceanfront balcony. It speaks for itself! Gorgeous views. Make sure to wake up for a sunrise.

THE RESORT Four (4) bands for amenity access need to be worn at all times while enjoying all that Seawatch offers. CHECK-IN 4:00 pm CHECK-OUT 10:00 am Please, no early arrivals without prior arrangements. RULES No unregistered guests. Maximum occupancy is 4.

Absolutely no parties or gatherings of unregistered guests. No smoking or vaping in the halls, condo, or balcony. This includes medical marijuana.

CHECK-OUT Please adhere to the 10 am checkout.
-Wash and return all dishes to the cupboards.
-Gather used towels and toss in tub (no need to strip the beds).
-Please return bands (no need to return parking pass).
-Gather garbage and throw down chute (out door to right at the end of the hall).

Important: This is a SELF-CATERING rental unit. You will receive a trial-size amount of shampoo and conditioner as well as one pack of dishwashing powder and dish soap. Additionally, one roll of paper towels, one garbage bag, and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. Professionally laundered linens are also provided.

Please consider travel insurance. We are not able to provide refunds for interruptions caused by weather, illness, or travel delays. Be sure to familiarize yourself with Myrtle Beach laws in terms of umbrellas and tens. Umbrellas are the only shading device allowed during high season. Shibumi’s, canopies, etc. are prohibited. You will receive a unique door code on the day of check-in.

Now for the fun stuff! Enjoy all amenities - fully included in your reservation. Seawatch Resort boasts: 6 pools (2 of which become enclosed from November to April to continue enjoying during the cooler temps) 10 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers! These amenities are conveniently located for easy access no matter the tower you are staying in.

In the North Tower you can find: Captain’s Cove restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch), as well as a cute little spot with snacks available for purchase. They even serve Starbucks! And don’t forget the tiki bar which serves food during the high season. Other things to enjoy: Putting Green Shuffleboard Arcade Cornhole Fire pit w/ Adirondack chairs (Seawatch even offers s’mores kits!) Playground Planned activities daily! For both kids and adults! 3 beach access points Outdoor showers Multiple laundromats Fitness Center (additional fee).

NOISE This is a very busy resort with lots of fun being had by all. Noise comes with the territory. We cannot control the activities of others. If you have a concern due to excessive noise, please contact the front desk. With that being said, we have never had an issue on our floor.

PEST CONTROL Seawatch is treated quarterly for pests. Palmetto bugs are a part of the natural environment and does not indicate an infestation or an insanitary unit. Please do not leave the doors open. This increases the chances that they make their way inside.
