Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Check-out: 10 am. Please gather all trash and place it in the City of Arvada outdoor bins. Please roll to the curb by Tuesday night for pick up on Wednesdays if applicable.
Please gather all towels and place them in the laundry area. Please return any games and equipment to where you found them and gather any dishes in the dishwasher.
If you brought a pet, please pick up poo and dispose of it in the Trashcan — bags are provided. Double-check for all belongings!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Early check-in and Late check-out approval must be communicated in writing, subject to availability
Guests may not park in the rear driveway or access the basement apartment. No pets on furniture or subject to additional cleaning fees
420 friendly OUTSIDE ONLY -- please note any smoking of any kind inside may result in a minimum $250 fine to cover the cost of mitigation.
