Lake & Park View & Basement & Spa

Just a scooter ride away Gilbert downtown! This beauty backs to the biggest park in Gilbert, the balcony overlooks the lake and greens!

Nested in a lake community and we prepared the kayaks for you to explore!
All the amenities you would expect in a getaway: sparkling pebble-tech pool(not heated), new 4 person hot tub, sweeping views, and an easy-to-use home entertainment theater for winding down.

In addition to regular channels, the TVs also come with Amazon Prime, Netflix, HBO and Disney +

The space is a tri-level home with a shallow basement, which is very unique for the Valley.

There are two bedrooms on the lower level on one side, on the other, the theater room with a full bath in between. The main level comprises of a living room and kitchen. Upstairs you'll find another three bedrooms, with the master on one side with an attached balcony and two spare bedrooms on the other separated by a full bath.
