Seefeld: Child friendly, cosy apartment block "Alpenland". 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, indoor pool heated (13 x 6 m). Children's playground. In the house: lounge, sauna, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 400 m, pedestrian zone 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 30 m, railway station 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km, bathing lake "Wildsee" 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, indoor tennis centre 1 km, sports centre 1 km, gondola lift 400 m, skisport facilities, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school, children's ski school. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte 400 m, Geigenbühel 400 m, Gschwandkopf 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. WLAN only in the entrance area, in the hall and in the lounge (next to the indoor pool) available. Attention: From ca mid-April - ca end-May and in November is due to revision no indoor pool / sauna area available.

Kitchenette in the entrance (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Philips Senseo) extra, combination microwave). Bath/WC. Small balcony, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: non-smokers only.

FeWO-Direkt Canceled one day before the stay. No compensation.

I can not say anything about the object as FeWo-direkt and the agency they work with canceled my (CONFIRMED!) booking one day before arrival. Despite me asking they did not provide any compensation what so ever nor did they provide support in finding another accommodation. Worst experience on a stay ever.

Bessere Jugendherberge

Appartment 58 ist für diesen Preis nicht zu empfehlen. Nur die Lage ist positiv. Spärlich ist die Ausstattung und Sachen in der Küche mussten wir zuerst spülen. So eine Wohnung von FEWO hatten wir bis jetzt noch nicht. Schade

Gute Lage im Ort, alles zu Fuß erreichbar! Zu unserer Reisezeit waren nur sehr wenige Wohnungen in der Anlage belegt, so dass Sauna und Hallenbad fast 'privat' genutzt werden konnten. Wohnung hell, ideal die Ausstattung mit Schrankklappbett (richtiges Bett!) plus Couch. Seefeld/Leutasch bieten ein top Winter-Wandergebiet, die Wege sind super gepflegt (z.B. tägliches Eisaufrauhen zum gefahrlosen Begehen).

Die Unterkunft ist praktisch und pragmatisch, der Service bzw. Organisation lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Die Kaution von 200€ ist für mich nicht verständlich, da einige Sachen deutlich ramponiert und kaputt sind. Von der zuständigen Dame ist keinerlei Hilfe zu erwarten, weder bei der Ankunft noch zwischendurch und ob was kaputt gegangen ist hat sie auch nicht interessiert. Daher ist die Kaution totaler Quatsch, muss man aber anscheinend so machen. Die zuständige Dame war zudem sehr unfreundl.

Te duur voor wat je krijgt. Tussenpersoon is erg aardig. Bed is slecht, kraakt en piept. Omgeving is zeker leuk.

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und genügte unseren Ansprüchen. Aber ohne jeglichen Service, Der Schlüsselhalter kam erst 2 Tage später.um die Kurtaxe zu kassieren.Wir bekamen die Gästekarte dadurch erst spät von der Info.Der Schlüsselhalter war einfach nicht zu erreichen.Auch die Notfall-Nr. auf der angegebenen Buchung war nicht zu erreichen.Alles war sehr enttäuschend.
