This is a cute little place! Very clean and perfect for the price! The host Beth was very easy going, super nice, and great with communication! I think the only downfall is there's no tv, but that's not a deal breaker!

Why they chose this property

As a first time home owner I purchased this house because I liked it, not because of the neighborhood. But when I was living here, I realized how well cared for I am by my neighbors. They always reach out to me if they see that I need something.

What makes this property unique

I like colors. When I design a home I don't choose the typical classic colors of all gray or all tan. I paint every room a different color. Each color makes me happy for a different reason.
