This lovely little home is a fantastic escape! Careful and thoughtful craftsmanship is evident everywhere; nice kitchen; comfy beds; beautiful backyard for watching deer trek across the edge of the woodland while birds greet the morning sun. I'll miss having my morning coffee out there!Host was super communicative and responsive. Totally recommend.

We arrived during a wild thunderstorm and couldn’t unpack until it passed. Thus allowing us a bit of time to sit and relish in the cottage, enjoying the beautiful interior. Lighting is something we absolutely are sticklers about. This unit has soft warm comfortable lighting throughout. During the storm and each evening, we felt it was so peaceful to sit and enjoy.Extremely clean, nicely remodeled, full of amenities. We needed nothing. Bruce was one heck of a host!I’m pretty sure we skirted in early on the rental phase of this property as we defiantly underpaid. I know this spot is going to be extremely popular as soon as it gets out. Hope to be back as Cross is close to our hearts as a family. If you’re reading this review pondering pulling the trigger or not, do it. What an awesome couple of nights we had here! Thank you again Bruce!
