Ready for your enjoyment, this condo is centrally located off Eleventh Street-close to restaurants, shops, and the sandy shores of Port A. Plus, it is golf cart friendly, so you can cruise around town with ease.

The space was compact while PERFECT for 2 people! It’s only a few blocks to the beach and walking was fine (as long as you don’t have much to bring). Very quiet and comfortable place to stay!

The only complaint I would have had is the bed was broken I had to get stuff out of my truck and rig it back together. I’m not one to complain so I didn’t even notify them of the problem I just fixed it with what I had and rolled with it.

So it was really cute visually, however it wasn’t the cleanest when I arrived., and almost the tiniest bit run down. In the first hour of being there I discovered the ac didn’t work because it was soaking wet, I had to call maintenance who then had to call an ac company to fix it. While trying to get into the ac unit in the ceiling, the ceiling latch gushed water and flooded a 1/4 of the apartment. We had to use every towel provided to try to clean it up. On top of that, the shower was “wonky” as my sister stated and the bathroom fan was SO LOUD but we couldn’t turn it off at all. Actually, half the switches in the apartment didn’t work. The fridge and freezer made a loud snap noise every time you opened them and scared us every time. I paid was way too much for what it’s worth, and I didn’t even stay the third night because it was so uncomfortable for us.

Very clean, very comfortable king sized bed, ceiling fans and air conditioning worked wonderfully. Check in was easy as well as checking out, quiet, comfortable, everything you need for a short stay at Port A.
