Welcome to one of Coeur d'Alene's Historical Houses listed on the National Register of Historic Places! You will enjoy this lovely home with a Back Deck, a Sunroom and plenty of parking. You will be just a short walk or drive from downtown Coeur d'Alene that boasts some of the best restaurants, Specialty Shopping, and beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene! You are a short drive from skiing, hiking, and Silverwood Theme Park. Come and enjoy the comforts of home without the hassle.

The Home has a private entrance with a keyless lock. You will receive a code the day prior to check in.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. It is surrounded by some of the oldest homes in Coeur d'Alene with all their Victorian charm.
