I can't say enough about the house. It was perfect for our family getaway. Ample space, the kids loved the loft above the garage. The boat ramp and boat trailer parking was super convenient. We will definitely be making a return visit.

We had an amazing stay at Wild Blue Reserve! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our whole family. The kids loved the game room, and the outdoor fire pit area was a great place to relax in the evenings. The garage TV setup was awesome for watching games and hanging out. Beautiful lake views, comfortable beds, and everything we needed for a great trip. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect atmosphere for relaxing and quality family time

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The house is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for large groups—everything was exactly as described (if not better). The game room and garage TV hangout space were a huge hit, giving everyone plenty of ways to relax and have fun. We also loved the outdoor fire pit area in the evenings—it was the perfect place to unwind after a day on the lake. The host was responsive and easy to work with, and all the little details really stood out. We’d absolutely come back again. Fantastic stay from start to finish. We are looking forward to returning later next year.

Wonderful stay with large family

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house on Norris Lake! The home is brand new, extremely clean, and perfect for large families or groups. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The hot tub was a huge hit, and the easy lake access made spending time on the water so convenient. We also loved the fire pit area in the evenings and the game room kept both kids and adults entertained the entire trip. Chris was an excellent host — very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this place comfortable and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Norris Lake getaway!

Perfect Spot for a Bachelorette Party!

I booked this home for a bachelorette party and it was AMAZING! Booking through the website was extremely easy and the email communication I received prior to arrival was clear, concise, and helpful. While we never had any issues that required communication with the owner during our stay, communication during check-in and check-out was timely and friendly! With five bedrooms in the main home and the extra room above the garage, we had so much space for everyone to stay comfortably, and each room having an en suite bathroom was a HUGE plus! We loved using the room in the garage with the massive television to play all of our bachelorette party games, and the kitchen and dining room sat everyone comfortably during meals. We had some chillier weather, so the hot tub was a great perk too! We rented a double-decker boat from Shanghai Marina, which was an easy, ten minute drive to pick up, and we were still able to tie it up on the dock at the house with the water level being lower this time of year. We also took the boat over to Stardust Marina, right across from the Cove’s entrance! The WIFI is great, especially considering there is very limited service in the area; I would recommend starting any GPS directions while connected to WIFI before leaving the house! The walk down to the dock can be a little steep, but we much preferred a path over hundreds of stairs that we have encountered in the past! All around, we had a fantastic stay and could not recommend this place more!!

This place is relaxing and fun wrapped into one!

I’ve been going to Norris Lake most of my life and this spot is an easy drive. It was about 20 minutes off the exit, not the usual hour or so on the back roads. The house was spotless! Lots of living space, including a game room with a huge TV that my boys loved! The kitchen was a dream with lots of space/storage including two refrigerators and an ice machine. Also plenty of trash cans to take the trash out to, I know it sounds weird but I’ve stayed at other places where trash was limited. I loved the QR codes around the house especially when I was trying to work the grill it made it easy to follow and fired right up. All my kids loved fishing and swimming from the dock. They even have a little bench off the dock to sit on while watching the kids, for those who are just hoping to get their feet wet! They truly thought of every detail to make your stay as seamless as possible. We will absolutely be back to Wild Blue Reserve 💙
