This place is great! It is clean and comfortable! It is well located to reach the buses and subway. There are 3 grocery stores nearby. We had the great fortune to meet the host who is a great guy. This was our best VRBO stay ever.

For NY at this price it was Excellent! The host is super responsive and assisted throughout weeklong stay, the apartment is spacious and in a brownstone, gorgeous, a plus is beds are comfortable. An efficient location for walking to restaurants, museums and food markets minutes away. A plus is great food at cafe ‘goodeats’ a 3 minute walk, would stay here again and again!

I stayed at Ben’s place with my daughter and her family. We were visiting my son who was performing in a show near by. The unit was perfect for us. It had everything we needed including lots of room for socializing with the family with a couch, 2 accent chairs and 4 dining table chairs (rare in NY to have adequate seating). Our host was very nice and communication was great. The location felt safe and there was a grocery right on the corner plus a bakery on another corner that we loved (plus lots of other stores in walking distance)! The end of Central Park was a short walk! Beds were comfy. Bedding was nice with lots of pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed including a microwave which we appreciated for leftovers. There are also mini splits in every room so the temperature was easy to control (also rare in NY!). We would definitely stay again!
