Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom 4 bath house in Crane Hill. Just a few steps from the water. One of the largest water body on Smith Lake, you can enjoy watching your family boat, ski, surf, tube or jet ski right from your back porch. Calm water with low traffic compared to other parts of the lake. Large dock for boat and Jet Skis. Two Jet Ski ports for guests and spot for boat. The space features three king beds and one queen bed, offering plenty of room for a restful night. Guests can freshen up in any of the four bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and hair dryer. The game room includes sofa bed ( fits 2 kids ) pool table and ping pong table. With heating and AC, the house stays cozy no matter the season. This superb home invites guests to enjoy a nice blend of comfort and convenience. One of the largest water views on Smith Lake, this house is only 12 miles from Highway 65. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house. (non-smoking and no pets please ).
