The wooden flooring and modern furnishings are just as impressive as the preserved half-timbering that separates the living/kitchen area. In the kitchen area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and American fridge with ice cube function.



The living area has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, receiver, radio, DVD/CD player, safe and a small notebook. The bedroom has two single beds and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The bright bathroom with a large bathtub, separate shower, large washbasin and WC can be accessed directly via the hallway with additional storage space. All windows can be darkened with electric blinds. A washing machine is located on the mezzanine floor in the hallway. A carport is available behind the house; loading and unloading takes place directly at the house. You can also park your bicycles here.



Shopping facilities, restaurants and the railway station are all within a radius of 1 km. Walk to Martinsburg Castle or stroll through the narrow streets of the old town, past the old town hall, Salhofplatz with its battlements and witches' tower or cross the Lahn to reach the former customs tower. Lahneck Castle is a must-see. Lahnstein, at the meeting point of the Lahn and Rhine, in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Upper Middle Rhine Valley with the Germanic-Rhaetian Limes, the Loreley, Marksburg Castle, Stolzenfels Castle, Allerheiligenberg Chapel and many other sights will enchant you. Pedal along the Limes cycle path, hike along the Rheinsteig trail to the Ruppertsklamm gorge or follow the Lahn Camino. Enjoy a Rhine boat trip or cast your line in the Lahn for numerous Central European fish species. Guest fishing licences must be purchased. Koblenz and Bad Ems are just a few minutes' drive away.
