Please depart by 10:00am so our cleaning team has adequate time to prepare for the next guests.
Place trash in the dumpster located next to the mailbox before leaving.
Before you go, please double-check drawers, closets, and outlets for personal belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10pm–8am to respect neighbors and the lake community.
No smoking or marijuana use anywhere on the property. A $250 fee applies for violations.
Maximum 4 overnight guests. No unregistered visitors without prior approval.

The views are stunning if you enjoy looking out at the lake at every corner. The host's go above and beyond to make you comfortable and enjoy your stay, even giving you an itinerary book with places to eat and places to go. Its a wonderful spot for relaxing and hiking.
