This holiday rental is located in a quiet spot at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is on the ground floor of an apartment building and has its own entrance as well as a small terrace. The apartment faces west.

In the living area, you’ll find tables and chairs, a new and comfortable box-spring sofa, a well-equipped kitchen complete with kitchen utensils, and a wall unit with an LED TV.

There is a coat closet in the entryway. In addition to standard heating, the living area and the bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating. The entryway, living area, bathroom, and kitchen are tiled. The spacious bedroom features a new box-spring bed (sleeping area 180x200 cm), nightstands, and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. The bedroom has real wood parquet flooring.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and is free of charge. In the summer, the free Vachendorf outdoor pool is just a 2-minute walk away. A bakery is also nearby. Upon request, bicycles and sports equipment can be locked up in the basement.
