Welcome to this beautiful 1350 sq foot historic home in Groveland. With four comfortable bedrooms, including three queen beds and two twin beds, guests have plenty of space to unwind. Amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, cable TV, central heat/air, tankless water heater, BBQ. . 1 block to restaurants, shops, the Iron Door Saloon, and coffee shop across the street. 1 hour from Yosemite National Park and 20 min drive to Lake Don Pedro. Large yard with plenty of parking. There are numerous mountain biking trails nearby as well as guided river rafting excursions with a local company. Whether you’re gathering for a quiet night or planning your next adventure, this house offers an enjoyable retreat.
