San Clemente has a way of drawing you in - the salt air, the easy pace of Avenida Del Mar, the sense that the coast is never far. This five-suite property sits right at the center of it all, placing your group within easy reach of boutique shops, local restaurants, and a stretch of California shoreline that rewards an afternoon well spent.

Sleeping arrangements
The property comprises all five suites within Unit 2 of the complex, sleeping up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Suite 1, Suite 2, Suite 3, and Suite 5 are studio-style setups, each furnished with a king-size bed. Suite 4 is a one-bedroom suite with a queen-size bed. Every suite is fully self-contained, giving each guest or couple in your group a private space to return to at the end of the day.

Living and entertainment
Each suite is set up with a comfortable living area anchored by a 65` TV, along with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection for seamless streaming or remote work. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay productive, and air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep every suite comfortable through the changing California weather.

Kitchen and dining
Every suite includes a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and coffee to get your mornings going. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses are all provided for easy meals or relaxed evenings in. A dining table in each suite makes casual breakfasts or takeout from a nearby Avenida Del Mar restaurant feel right at home.

Bathroom and essentials
Each private bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided, along with an iron for guests on longer stays.

Beach access & outdoor
The property includes beach access to a nearby beach. The San Clemente Pier is an easy half-mile from the property, and Avenida Del Mar`s dining and shopping strip is virtually at your doorstep. Free parking on premises, a private entrance, and self check-in via smart lock make arrival and the entire stay straightforward from the moment you get here.

Parking and access
1 dedicated parking spot for each suite(5 Parking spots). Self check-in is simple with a smart lock system, allowing you to arrive and settle in on your own schedule.

Safety and policies
For peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras on property, along with a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm. Long term stays allowed make this a flexible option for extended visits. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Blending a central downtown location with the flexibility of multiple private suites, this space offers a comfortable and convenient base for experiencing San Clemente at your own pace.

Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
