Mint to Be would love to host your family!! Coastal farmhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Comfortable, beautifully decorated and fully stocked for your vacation at the beach!
Sorry no groups, parties or pets. 6 guests max.
Rental includes a 4-seater golf cart. Must be 25 to rent property and to operate golf cart.

-Family room with large flat screen smart TV w/ cable box, couch, arm chair, floor pouf and ceiling fan

-Fully equipped kitchen (Keurig & coffee pot)

-Separate dining area w/ seating for 4

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure the dishes are washed and put away and the dishwasher is empty.
Please leave quilts, mattress pads and pillow protectors on the bed. Dirty sheets/towels are the only things that should be put into the linen bags
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
