The Space:

Experience luxury living in this spacious three-bedroom penthouse on the 4th floor. Accommodating up to eight guests, it features a private rooftop pool and BBQ area, perfect for relaxing with panoramic views. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining area, and comfortable bedrooms; a sofa bed can be prepared with advance notice. Elevator access brings you directly to the unit, while parking is available on request. Building amenities include a shared pool and gym (open until 10:00 PM). The property is just 200 meters from the public beach and beach clubs, with a variety of restaurants and a 7-Eleven within walking distance. Upon check‑in, we provide a welcome kit with essentials like toiletries, coffee, water, detergent and trash bags; additional supplies can be purchased nearby. Please bring your own laundry detergent if you plan to use the washing machine. Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this beautifully appointed home.



Guest Access:

Parking is subject to availability upon arrival; you must confirm availability with the reception staff. There's an elevator in the facilities. Apartment is located on the 4th level.



The Neighborhood:

We're in a quiet, residential area, right next to the police station. Also, super close to the beach (just 200 meters from public beach access and beach clubs)



Getting Around:

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, including Salento, The Pitted Date (vegan), Ojo de Agua, La Cueva del Chango, Pizza Piola, and La Vagabunda. There’s also a 7-Eleven just 50 meters away.



Other Things to Note:

The pool and gym close at 10:00 PM. Parking is subject to availability upon arrival; you must confirm availability with the reception staff.



The apartment includes a BBQ grill — feel free to use it, just bring your own charcoal.



We provide a welcome kit at check-in with essentials like toilet paper, detergent, coffee, bottled water, trash bags, and a paper towel roll. Please note this kit is not restocked during your stay. If you need more supplies, you can easily purchase them nearby.



If you require the use of the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so that we can provide the necessary bedding. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery. Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.



If you plan to use the washing machine, please make sure to bring your own laundry detergent.



From April 20th to 23rd, improvement work will be carried out on the rooftop (rest area near the gym), from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some minor noise disturbances may occur initially.
