Consider this condo your home away from home while you visit Hilton Head Island. This amazing space features 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a tv, and a king bed that can also convert into two double beds. Perfect for a restful night. Guests can unwind in the living room, which also offers a comfortable sofa bed. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer off of kitchen, dishwasher, wet bar. Back deck is a lovely area to unwind after a day at the beach. Included is daily golf for free (up to 4 players) at one of 4 courses associated with the condo (mandatory cart fees apply). Courses are Oyster Reef (18 holes), Port Royal Golf Club (36 holes), Shipyard Golf Club (27 holes). Also includes 1 hour of free daily reserved court time for tennis or pickleball at the Port Royal Raquet Club. A short walk or free shuttle ride takes you to The Westin Hotel and Spa, if you'd like to use all of its amenities (3 pools, hot tub, sun decks) restaurants, bars and beach access. Also, free shuttle to the beach, Port Royal Golf and Racquet Club, and Shelter Cove Shopping area. Onsite, Condo has 2 gorgeous pools and hot tub nearby, as well as grill areas, picnic tables, and breathtaking views nestled in an amazing tropical landscape. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your day, this charming condo provides a welcoming retreat. Free parking for 1 vehicle. Check in at front desk of The Westin. Concierge service and charging privileges at all hotel facilities. Sorry, no pets.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash and Recycling is to the left of the of the steps as you are going down from the Condo.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If the Premises qualifies for a “deep clean” any excess fee charged by the Westin shall be the responsibility of the tenant.
If the Tenant/guests is/are found to have pets on the Premises this Agreement shall be forfeited a $1500 fine is charged to tenant.
Cleaning Fee is $300 per stay paid by the tenant on top of the nightly rate.
