Time for family in the countryside.



This two-story holiday home is located in the idyllic countryside of the Vorpommern Bodden landscape, in the village of Groß Kordshagen, about 22 km from Stralsund. It is situated in the second row on the landlord’s approximately 2,000-square-meter property and, thanks to its location, offers guests a glimpse into country life.



Rustically furnished, the former stable serves as an approximately 50-square-meter accommodation for 4 people and features a wood-burning stove, a separate entrance, and a furnished terrace. Parking is available in the public area or on the landlord’s property. Bicycles can be stored on-site.



Firewood for the fireplace (weather permitting) will be provided upon request upon arrival. Chickens, ducks, and a small dog live on the property.



The village has a playground (100 m away) and an adventure farm, which offers carriage rides, riding lessons, and other activities for a fee upon request. The manor house in the village houses a café. The well-developed local network of bike paths makes it possible to take bike trips (some of which run directly along the Bodden dike) to the Zühlendorf swimming area or further afield into the surrounding region (Dabitz, including the harbour; Nisdorf; Barth; Stralsund). Bus line 308 runs through the village.



Stralsund, located off the coast of the island of Rügen, or Zingst on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.



The holiday home is not suitable for fishing holidays; smoking is permitted only on the terrace.

The two-story holiday home is approximately 50 square metres in size and features, on the ground floor, a living room with a dining area, a fireplace, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Amenities include a stove with 4 burners and an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom with shower has underfloor heating and is equipped with a washing machine (use by arrangement). A clothesline for drying laundry is located behind the house.



The upper floor, which houses the sleeping area, is accessible via a staircase. A stair gate is provided there. The sleeping area features a double bed, a bunk bed, and a wardrobe. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge. An initial supply of bed linens, towels, soap, and toilet paper is included in the price.



Board games are available at the accommodation.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
