The house and all furnishings are new. It comfortably accommodates 8-10 people. It is equipped with almost everything one needs. Adding coffee cups and mugs will help. Host has been very responsive and helpful. All in all we had a great stay in Gbenga's house.

The house was very clean. The number of bedroom and baths were as advertised. The only issue is it is a larger 5 bedroom house but only has 4 dining room chairs and 4 plates etc. The bathroom for 3 of the bedrooms only had 2 towels. This house has great potential but is really not equipped to handle a larger group as advertised.

For future guests' reference, we did leave extra towels in the master closet, and there are additional sets of plates and dish ware in the kitchen beyond what may have been visible at first glance.
