About this property

This newly renovated , upscale villa, on a quiet island street, minutes from the beach, is on the east side of a raised duplex, very PRIVATE with covered parking and a porch that overlooks your own private pool, for use by this rental suite only. Its central location makes it minutes from the beach ,close to the free island trolley and near the central business area , with its restaurants and stores .
Inside, the 2-bedroom--2-bath accommodation presents a Master bedroom with a king bed and a new bathroom featuring a walk- in shower. The guest room has 2- x-long twin beds with an accompanying tub/shower bath. With a maximum of 4 guests a night.
Outside , the PRIVATE heated pool will give our guests a place to relax when not at the beach enjoying our crystal blue waters, amazing evening sunsets or exploring the island.
The suite features travertine floors throughout , an extended kitchen with granite countertops , new washer/dryer and many custom details.
Included are plenty of beach towels , comfortable beach chairs , beach umbrella with beach cart and some sand toy.
We rent Aqua Beach Retreat Villa from Saturday to Saturday.
Please note, we provide enhanced cleaning steps for our vacation rental home based on CDC guidelines and uses a professional cleaning service for linens and towels to provide a great guest experience.

Well equipped house at great location.

We enjoyed very much our stay at this place. The house and kitchen is perfectly equipped and we appreciated the heated pool at our colder days. The location and in particular the proximity to the beach is a huge plus. We will consider again next time we come to AMI!

A lovely villa in paradise

The villa was a great place to stay, and exactly as depicted in the listing. It has a clean and private pool. Wow, there were only two of us on the trip, it would easily accommodate 4 to 6 people with any amenity that you could possibly need. The property is close to an outstanding beach. There are plenty of excellent restaurants on the island and quite a few within easy walking distance. We highly recommend the villa to anybody looking for a quiet vacation in a lovely part of the country.

It was a beautiful week on the island and staying at the Aqua Villa was very comfortable and enjoyable. Really enjoyed the pool! Great communication with the host, excellent check in/out instructions, very accommodating. Everything you could need is provided. Looking forward to coming back for another great week!

Clean, comfortable and close to beach

First, Duane and Rhonda were excellent in their communication. Second, it’s nice when the property is actually as described. Finally, I was a little concerned anyway about the distance to the beach, but it was an easy 5 minute walk at best. Unit has everything you could possibly need, and the beach gear was great since we flew in.

We have lived on Anna Maria Island for many years and feel very fortunate to enjoy this unique island each day. We have just recently retired in 2021 but still work team in the Real Estate industry. Originally form Canada and MN, we have 4 children and 4 grandchildren who all love to visit when they can. Travel is a big part of our life and we have always tried to set our Airbnb homes up to allow for complete guest comfort that we expect on our own travels.

It's on a very quiet street , really close to the beach and very convenient to everything on the island including mny restaurants and shopping . This is a very cool island and this is a comfortable place to stay.

Home is in a fantastic location and has been completely remodeled allowing for quality kitchen and baths. Comfortable beds and high quality linens and everything you will need for a pleasant, relaxing island vacation.
