This house and the area are simply magical. When we pulled in we were awestruck at how beautiful and serene the setting is. Great parking spot, very easy to get in and out. We walked in and the house was even prettier than the photos. The living room overlooks the waterfall and pond. The gazebo is a treat for sitting outside away from bugs. The homeowners have thought of EVERYTHING- from coffee and hot cocoa to beach towels for the hot tub. We appreciated all of the information available. The homeowners created a great book that had laminated pages listing all the restaurants and places to go. We communicated several times with the owners and they were great. The house was SUPER clean and neat, a d outfitted with high end finishes. There were great instructions for the air conditioning and hot tub. Everything in the house made it so easy to just relax. I can’t recommend this place enough, it really is magical. 10/10. We had a session at Monadnock Falconry which is only about 20 minutes away, near Ben’s Sugar Shack, also highly recommended!

This home was by far one of my top rentals ever! Not only was the home gorgeous, but the surrounding area and view was so beautiful and tranquil. My senior mom and 19 year old son and I had so much room - we each had our own floor. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. All of the little touches did not go unnoticed. I was really pleased with the air purifiers in each bedroom. The beds were so comfy and we all slept great. Cell phone service can be spotty in the area but the wifi was super fast. I was looking for a rental somewhere in between Swanzey and Winchendon and this house fit the bill. We visited Cathedral of the Pines, enjoyed dinner and ice cream at Kimballs, and took in the beautiful scenery all around the area. The grocery stores are just a few minutes away. You could easily use this home for your home base while hiking southern NH or you could stay in and have a peaceful retreat from the world. We have lots of family in this area so I would love to stay here again for future visits. The lilac bush may have just been the cherry on the sundae. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Sitting next to a quiet pond this 3-bedroom home is chock-full of goodies, indoor and out! You will be the only ones on this private property in a very quiet neighborhood. Inside, the main area has several comfortable seating/lounging areas. Resting on any of the 3 beds you will find them fresh and luxurious! Each floor has modern and clean bathrooms with supplies (shampoo, conditioner dictionary & body wash)...even heaters and hairdryers. Should you want to cook, bake or create anything, the kitchen is fully equipped. Supplied for you is coffee, tea (including cream and sweeteners), hot chocolate and fresh bottled water. The lower level has an ergonomic workspace, a fun game area (foosball & air hockey, board games, books and puzzles), "The Reading Window" and a lounge area to enjoy! Or take yourself outside and soak in the hot tub facing the waterfall. Take a stroll around the private yard and watch the pond life or bring a fishing pole and then relax in the gazebo next to the firepit. A woodshed is chock-full of wood for a cozy evening around the firepit (lighter and starter included).
