• Fully equipped kitchen and a charcoal grill
• Full bathroom, stocked with starter essentials (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)
• Comfortable living area to relax, play games, or enjoy a movie night. Roku TVs can be found in both bedrooms and living room.

• Boat-friendly pull-through driveway w/ room for up to 4 cars, including boats
• Campfire pit with firewood provided.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

If the grill was used, please make sure it is clean for the next guests, and the grill tools have made it back inside.

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to leave the mini split units on: Oct-April: set living room to heat/75-78 before leaving May- Sept: set to cool/60-65 before leaving.

If you traveled with a dog, please clean up all pet waste and place in the trash can outside by the road.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My wife and I only book stays that are pet friendly and our stay was exactly what we were looking for. The property was clean, welcoming amd comfortable. The staff responded quickly to any questions we had and we definitely want to stay here again!
