Gemütlich eingerichtetes relativ neues Haus mit viel Platz für Eltern mit Kindern. Ruhig gelegen. Schöner offener Wohn-Essbereich. Die Küche ist mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet, Spülutensilien vorhanden. Besonders überzeugend ist der große überdachte Balkon mit Aussicht und der kleine eigene Garten mit Sitzplatz. Eine kleine Herausforderung ist die etwas enge Wendeltreppe in den oberen Stock mit den Schlafzimmern und dem Bad. Ältere und sehr junge Menschen müssen trittsicher sein. Abgesehen davon ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.
