This home boasts many exceptional features and amenities that make it perfect whether you’re traveling with family or friends, this home away from home provides a relaxing retreat.
The Oceanside Village amenities include, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pool, splash pad, playground, ball fields/courts, private oceanfront beach parking, access to the Conch Cafe private restaurant and much more! A golf cart and linens are included.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please strip all the beds and leave used linens and towels in the laundry room.
Please load the dishwasher and start it. Remove all garbage and place in the bins located on the side of the house.
Plug in the golf cart(s) to the charger in the garage. Safe travels home and thank you for staying at Semper Fi Surfside. We hope you had an great time and come back soon!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please plug in the golf cart(s) each night after use, this should keep them fully charged for the next day.
