Main Floor: Enter the home into a beautifully appointed, open plan Living Room, Dining area and fully equipped Kitchen with breakfast table. There is plenty space of space for large groups to gather under the vaulted ceiling while enjoying the stunning views from the window out across the mountains. And when it gets dark trace the night skiing runs or use the telescope to view the stars. Or end the day relaxing in front of the fire by night, while watching a favorite show/movie on the Smart TV.

The Master Suite comprises a King bed, full ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower and bathtub plus a walk in closet. All situated privately on the main level overlooking the mountains, with its own access to the deck and Smart TV. To the front of the house is another King bedroom with Smart TV. A separate full bathroom complex the first level.

Upper Floor: Consists of a Full bath between 2 King bedrooms, one facing the front of the property and a larger room facing the rear with the best views of the slopes and night skiing.

Lower Floor: A large bedroom with Full bunks, ample space to play and large windows overlooking the rear completes the bedrooms. There is a large full bathroom plus separate large laundry room with modern washer/dryer, drying rack and folding table available.

The rest of the level is full of fun for the whole family. Step into a large movie area with ample seating along with a PS5 and popcorn machine for the kids to enjoy. Additionally there is a retro skeeball machine and arcade game machine for kids and adults alike to enjoy. Or sit in front of the mural and battle at chess, or take one of the magnetic games off the wall and play checkers, Tic Tac Toe or backgammon. A new modern pool table can be enjoyed right next to the themed bar 'Poco Pour House'.

Outside: Relax after a day on the slopes or enjoying the local attractions, swapping stories with loved ones in the seating area with the fire pit providing warmth in front of you, or bring our the telescope and sit on the cushions while staring up at the stars. If you need additional relaxation, head to the lower level to enjoy privately situated the Hot Tub, still overlooking the mountains. There is a new gas grill available for the chef in the house.
