Located in an exclusive and very sought after Pine Knoll Shores Community, you will gain access to all the community amenities including a private parking lot with a private beach access; a waterfront park, and the community boat ramp.

This property is located near a large body of water and is an active sound. Right of our retaining wall, is a bed of Oysters. ANY SWIMMING NEEDS TO BE AT THE END OF THE DOCK. There is no Lifeguard on duty.
