Enjoy a peaceful stay in this 1-bedroom 1-bath condo in Treasure Island. The entire condo is newly remodeled and steps away from the white sand on Treasure Island Beach. The condo is on the main level and features a king size bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Our building is located directly on the beach. We also offer use of a heated pool. We are located one block across Gulf Blvd from Publix grocery store, a few blocks from shops, restaurants, and pubs. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this serene retreat offers a fantastic base for your getaway. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

There's something special about the relaxed vibe, the beautiful sunsets and the friendly community. Hosting allows us to share that feeling with our guests. We feel lucky to share our little beach escape and hope that everyone who stays here experiences the same joy and relaxation that keeps bringing us back.

Why they chose this property

Our family has owned this property for years and we just took it over! Our family also owns property in the same building and in St. Pete Beach. Over the years the area has become a special place for us to slow down and enjoy the beauty of the beach. The sound of the waves, the beautiful beaches, and the welcoming community make it a place we look forward to returning.

Our one bedroom beach condo combines the comfort of a thoughtfully renovated home with the relaxed charm of Treasure Island. Step outside and you are just moments from the soft white sand and breathtaking Gulf sunsets. We have carefully stocked the condo with little things travelers appreciate - from a well equipped kitchen to beach essentials. We designed the space to feel welcoming, simple and comfortable - like your own private beach escape!
