A Cool Change -- Tropical Island Escape with dock and rental golf cart
Summary:
Experience the best of Little Gasparilla in A Cool Change...one of the newest rentals in our program! It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths PLUS a downstairs outdoor shower and has a golf cart available that you may rent!
The Space:
This home sleeps up to 8 in three spacious bedrooms. A decked area downstairs provides the perfect spot for outdoor relaxing in the cool shade while enjoying balmy Gulf of Mexico breezes. Kayaks, paddleboards and beach chairs are provided for your use, plus a beach tent and umbrella. An outdoor sundeck provides a sunny spot to relax outdoors --especially welcome in the cooler winter months! You will enjoy both a gas grill and an electric smoker for your BBQ specialties. There are televisions in two bedrooms plus the living room, and the home is equipped with Starlink which will allow you to stream your favorite shows while on the island.
The Neighborhood:
This home is just a short walk down a sandy pathway to the beautiful Little Gasparilla Beach. Walk the other direction and you can access the community dock for fishing or docking your own boat. (The water taxi will drop you at Dock 75; private docking is available with a placard at dock 78 and 79 where there is parking for the golf cart.
