This tastefully furnished 3-room holiday apartment offers approximately 71 square metres of space for 4 people and is located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea.
The apartment is arranged over two levels and features an internal staircase; it includes a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The modern bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The indoor pool and table tennis room in the neighbouring Rotesand building can be used free of charge. The Medemsand house, along with the Rotesand house, is located in a small residential complex in Duhnen, approximately 350 m from the town centre and the beach. Inside the house, a sauna and a laundry area are available to guests.
Wi-Fi is also available and can be used free of charge. Parking is available at the house.
This holiday rental is ideal for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea.

Visitor’s tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the room rate.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive stress-free with light luggage.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:
- one cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/compostable bags
- one tea towel
- one roll of toilet paper
