• A signed waiver is required before check-in instructions will be released. This is non-negotiable.
Guests who do not complete the waiver will not be granted access to the property.

• There is NO boat ramp access.
Trailers, boats, or large equipment are not permitted to cross the bridge, as it is not designed or rated to support that weight.

• This property is located in a natural setting.
With nature comes bugs, wildlife, and outdoor elements that are outside of our control. By booking this property, you acknowledge this and agree that no refunds will be issued due to bugs, animals, weather, or natural conditions.

• There is no mailbox at the property.
Any deliveries sent to the home are at the guest’s own risk. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or inaccessible packages.

• The property is gated.
Gate and access codes are not shared until the day of check-in for security purposes.

• By accepting this reservation, you assume all risk for yourself and your guests while on the property. The owners and property management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

• The home is on a septic system.

• Feminine hygiene products
• Paper towels
• Towels or cleaning wipes

• This is a multi-level home with stairs.
Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs. While there is a private lower-level entrance, not all areas are stair-free.

• Outdoor amenities (hot tub, lake access, dock, paddle boards, kayaks, and games) are used at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.

• Water levels, weather conditions, and lake conditions can change and are not guaranteed.

• No fires or fireworks unless explicitly permitted in writing.

• Quiet hours must be respected to preserve the peaceful nature of the area.
