It is a few hundred meters from the natural beach of Punta Molara, the vacation home Nido is located within a residence in an absolutely quiet location, surrounded by the green Sardinian vegetation. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor and has a room with an equipped equipped kitchen, double bed and a bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 2 people. The sandy beach La Cinta, in San Teodoro, is 8 km and 10 minutes away by car, while in the center of San Teodoro (9 km and 15 minutes by car) you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and especially in the evening there is a populated movida of teens and adults.

Pros: Beautiful architectur of the house , pool area and garden. The appartement is beautiful charming italian style. The owner is very friendly and uncomplicated. Cons: The appartement needs a new bed that is a bit higher and more confortable also the kitchen needs a update (plates, glasses, etc.) are a bit oldschool. But all in all it is a besutiful appartment for this price

Super Vermieter, Lage etwas schwerer zu erreichen

Pros: Die lage des Hauses war nur mit einem Auto zu erreichen, daher empfehlen wir ein Auto über RecordGo zu mieten. Der Pool war sehr schön und die Aufsicht auf das Meer auch. Das Meer ist in 10 Minuten zu fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist super lieb und hilfsbereit.
