Nicht unbedingt etwas für Verwöhnte - aber den Zweck hat's erfüllt

Haben das Objekt wegen eines in der Nähe erforderlichen Krankenhausaufenthalts ausgewählt. Die Lage war ideal, da fußläufig zu erreichen oder mit Straßenbahn. Zwar gehen 10 Meter vom Schlafzimmerfenster Straßenbahn und Ausfallstraße vorbei, aber die Fenster sind gut gedämmt. Hervorragend hat die Kommunikation mit dem "Vertreter der vermietenden Firma" geklappt, war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat stets schnell reagiert. Auf jeden Fall kein Luxusobjekt, für 4 Erwachsene wäre es eine rechte Herausforderung. Im Bad riecht es ein bisschen schimmelig, da habe ich aber in englischen Hotels schon Schlimmeres erlebt... Und ich fahre ja nicht in eine Ferienwohnung, um dann den ganzen Tag in der Bude zu hocken.

Das Apartment wird auf anderen Portalen als Deluxe Apartment vermarktet. Davon ist es meilenweit entfernt. Es handelt sich um ein kleines Apartment, das meiner Meinung nach nicht anders als heruntergekommen bezeichnet werden kann. Es befindet sich in einem alten Apartmenthaus mit Fenster direkt zur Hauptstrasse. Als wir Ende August 21 dort waren, war es zu laut in der Nacht, da man im Sommer die Fenster öffnen muß. Das Bad ist basic, die Küche zusammengestückelt und völlig lieblos und minimalistisch eingerichtet, ein Pfannenboden so verbogen, das man etwa 3cm^2 Auflagefläche hatte auf dem Herd, die Türen alt und knarzig, große ehemalige Wasserflecken an der Wand, die Balkonverkleidung mit Moosbeschichtung, das Bett hat unfassbar geknarzt (die Schlafcouch nicht) und der "Lack" /Beschichtung war ab. Bettwäsche und WLAN top in Ordung. Das Parkett sieht aus, wie in 30 Jahren nicht abgeschliffen und fleckig, den Teppich haben wir erst mal in den Schrank entsorgt, auch um Gelegenheit zu geben, darunter zu putzen und mal den Dreck rauszuklopfen. Auf der Lampe in der Küche mit Fett angeklebter Staub. Insgesamt "Schade", weil man mit wenig Aufwand/Streichen, Intensivreinigung und Ersatz des Bettes und des abgenutzten Tisches viel mehr draus machen könnte. Absperrbarer Tiefgaragenstellplatz war dabei. Mir wurde nach Beschwerde 10% Rabatt (hihi!) von der Sweet home Company geboten am 24.8., das wurde bisher (5.9.) nicht erledigt mit Verweis auf die urlaubende Verwaltung, mal sehen, ob noch was kommt.... Kann das Nichtwohlfühlen halt auch nicht ersetzen...
