First time available to visitors! This classic Maine cottage on beautiful Swan Lake could be your next vacation rental. Amazing beach shoreland where guests can swim, kayak and canoe. Property features a stream where fish are often seen. Plenty of lawn space, picnic table and a fire pit for enjoyment. Inside, guests find two comfortable bedrooms featuring a king bed and a full bed upstairs, as well as full bath. Downstairs has a kitchen, living room with futon and sitting porch overlooking the lake. Cottage can be heated or cooled for all seasons.

This property was a good find. Benjamin was communicative, helpful and kind. The cabin is rustic, with just enough space for a small family. There's great outdoor space for hammocks, kids running around, fire pits and swimming, as well as the dog! We did not have any issues during our stay, and it was the easiest checkout we have had. Thank you again for a great place to stay!

Beautiful rustic cabin on a beautiful lot. Kitchen was well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ben was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Only 1 AC and it’s upstairs so it does get quite warm. Also, the bathroom is upstairs which was fine for me but not for some of my family that visited. Overall, a great space for relaxing!
