Walk in and you will feel how naturally this home brings everyone together. Cook in the chef’s kitchen, gather in the eat in space, relax in the cozy living room, or tuck into the speakeasy style sitting room for quieter conversations. Dinner feels special in the formal dining room that seats 8. The primary suite is on the main level with a large private bathroom, plus a convenient half bath for guests.

Private main level patio
Step out from the kitchen onto a large, private patio that feels like a hidden oasis. You cannot see the pool from here, which keeps it calm and secluded. Enjoy the firepit, sectional seating, a table for meals, and a Traeger grill for long evenings together. Separate area is gated for animals.

Pool zone with walkout access
When it is time for pool fun, head downstairs or walk around the yard down to the lower level. The basement walks out directly to the pool area, making it easy to go from swimming to snacks to relaxing.

Lower level entertainment lounge
This is the entertaining heaven everyone ends up in. You have ping pong, a pool table, an arcade game, and a putting strip, plus a massive 100 inch screen and a huge sectional for movie nights and game days. The bar area is fully equipped with a full fridge, ice maker, and sink, so drinks and snacks stay right where the fun is. There is also a table for meals and games and a full bathroom, which makes pool days and late nights effortless. Step outside to the pool area with outdoor seating, loungers, a table, and a Blackstone grill for poolside cooking.

Upstairs space and privacy
Upstairs adds even more flexibility, including an additional living quarter with a kitchenette, bar area, living room, private bath, and bed. Another bedroom has a private bathroom, and two additional bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath, which is ideal for families and groups who want space and privacy.

A huge yard, a large driveway, and additional off street parking make arrival easy, even with multiple vehicles.
