Top Lage, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Lage und Ungebung des Objektes sind super. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die Sauna war jetzt im Winter Gold wert. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist leider nur oberflächlich. Auf den ersten Blick war alles sauber. Aber in allen Ecken sind Spinnweben. Unter der Couch und unter den Schränken ist der Dreck von Jahren. Zusammen mit dem etwas antiquierten Allgemeinzustandes wollte so kein rechtes Wohlfühl Ambiente aufkommen.
