Eine uneingeschränkte Empfelung!

Wir haben Ende Mai 2021 vier Tage in der Ferienwohnung “MOIN” in Friedrichstadt verbracht. Die Wonung befindet sich Erdgeschoß eines Hauses aus den 1860-er Jahren; das Haus liegt an einer Gracht im Zentrum von Friedrichstadt. Dennoch ist das Parken vor dem Haus frei. Im Haus befinden sich noch drei weitere, ‘normale’ Wohnungen; in einer von denen wohnen die Vermieter. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung enpfanden wir als großzügig! Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Hinterseite des Hauses, auf der Terrassen- und Gartenseite. Die Terrasse gehört direkt zur Wohnung. Der große und gepflegte Garten darf mitbenutzt werden; es befinden sich dort meherere Sitzecken. Übrigens schien uns, dass im Hochsommer sich die Ferienwohnung durch die Ausrichtung des Hauses und durch die Baume vor dem Haus (Südseite) nicht aufheizen wird. Die Vermieterin steht einem auf Wunsch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
