Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure you leave all keys and beepers in the house. If lose it $150.00 will be charge.
Please leave all the use towels in the bathroom floor including the use beach towels.
Take out the bathrooms trash, the kitchen and all open foods to the house principal bins in front of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We were met at the airport by our host and followed her to the house once we had our rental car. She showed us around and made sure we were comfortable, and then checked in periodically throughout our stay. The house is newly built and very nice. Pool is wonderful, and great views. Kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking items we might need, and the ice making machine came in very handy. Would recommend and come back again ourselves!

Our stay was very nice, house was very clean and well put together. All the little details in the home were well thought out. We loved the pool and overall outdoor setup. The views were incredible, relaxing, and local to a lot of the restaraunts and beaches. The location of the home was quiet and secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for. The only downside was that we weren't aware the master suite was not able to be accessed from the main living area, including the other two bedrooms where our children were planning on staying. The owners and property manager, Sandra were all very accomodating and quick to respond to inquiries. Communciation was excellent.
