Located on the outskirts of Pollença, the country house 'Finca El Clos' is set in beautiful green surroundings and offers mountain views. The two-storey house combines rustic charm with modern comforts and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, and television. A high chair and a cot can be provided upon request. The private outdoor area features a garden, open terrace, barbecue, and pool. Sun loungers invite you to relax in the sun, and the outdoor dining area is ideal for meals together. In about 7 minutes by car, you can reach both Pollença and Port de Pollença, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The nearest supermarket is in Port de Pollença (7 minutes by car / 5 km), where you can also visit the port or enjoy the beach. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 47 minutes away by car (63 km).



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are allowed upon request. Parties and events are not permitted.



It is not allowed to connect an electric car to the property's sockets. If you need to charge an electric car, this service is available for an extra fee.



You are requested to use the air conditioning responsibly: it should not be left on when no one is on the property and should not be used 24 hours a day. If excessive dirt is found at the end of your stay, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Fantastic villa for quiet holiday

Lovely villa in a stunning setting. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area was perfect and well furnished. Great communication from the host and really happy we chose this villa.

Everything was as described, the Host arrangements were perfect and it all went smoothly. The standard of the interior was far higher than we expected too. Really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to book again. Thank you.

Haus an ruhiger Lage

Pros: Der WhattsApp-Austausch mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld der Reise war sehr gut und einige Punkte wurden schnell geklärt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig mitten in der Natur gelegen, man ist aber trotzdem sehr nahe an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist sehr gut (2 Schlafzimmer mit en-suite Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Bad), die Finca ist mit allem Ausgerüstet, was für einen schönen Urlaub notwendig ist. Die Finca wurde in einem guten und sauberen Zustand übergeben und hat unseren Vorstellungen voll und ganz entsprochen. Die Finca ist sehr zu empfehlen. Cons: Leichte Abstriche gibt es für die Gartenstühle, die ersetzt werden sollten und für die doch recht enge Zufahrt, die mit einem 1,90-Meter breiten Mietwagen und einem guten Fahrer gerade noch zu bewältigen ist sowie für das Wlan, das im oberen Stock eher schlecht ist. Ein Wlan-Verstärker wäre kein Luxus

Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir haben zu siebt einen schönen Urlaub erlebt. Wir hatten nur dünne Decken für die Betten, was in der ersten Nacht zu kalt war. Aber ein Anruf bei Maria und sie brachte direkt dicke Decken für alle. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig, so dass wir doch alles mit der Hand gespült haben. Schön wären auch Fliegenfenster in den Schlafräumen gewesen. Im hintersten Badezimmer wurde die Dusche nicht richtig heiß.

Es waren wunderbar schöne Tage. Die Finca ist sehr schön und gepflegt.

Pros: Der Garten und der Pool . Die Finca ist wirklich sehr schön :-) Cons: Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein... die Teller waren angeschlagen Die Küche ist für die Größe der Finca etwas klein. Ein Hinweis, dass die Zufahrt zum Haus sehr eng ist wäre schön. Ein kleinerer Mietwagen wäre besser gewesen :-)

Beautiful finca, well maintained, very friendly host!

The Finca El Clos is a true gem. The house is exactly as the pictures show. Maria is a very friendly host and she even checked on us on the second day. Communication and check-in was very smooth. The house was a bit cold when we arrived (we stayed there in late March) but the gas ovens and the ACs heated to rooms very quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend Maria and her beautiful Finca.
